My dear Gina: You are such a blessed

Misc.
friend to me. The other day I discovered a cookbook in Vega Alta that is a treasure. Probably my mother, who was also a gifted cook, bought it for her pleasure and use. It is a 1963 book by a cuban lady known as Dolores Alfonso y Rodriguez. It has more than 1500 recipes and beleive me, it is a treasure. As it is in Spanish, I guess your mam can tell us more about Dr. Alfonso y Rodr guez. Please, let me know.

Thanks for your wishes and friendship!

Your friend,

Gladys/PR
