as is my uncle.I'm so sorry that you are too!Bless your heart!To cook for them we use a sugar substitute to make pies,jams,jellies etc.Does this sound appealing to you?Hope so!The sugar free jello is pretty good with a dollop of whipped cream,have you tried that?My friend says when she eats carbohydrates she gets cravings for sweets does that sound at all familiar to you?I was amazed by what she was telling me,about certain foods like a regular potato baked breaking down in your system to equal a cup of sugar?I was floored to hear this.However,that is wonderful that you can control it with diet &exercise& that you look & feel so well!I admire your fortitude & courage to not let this get the best of you!You are an example for all of us!Your friend,Mickey
