Hi Debbie,

My Mom also died about 7 yrs ago. She was a cook at a local hometown restaurant. She was the best cook ever. I always preferred her cooking
to everyone else's. I know exactly how you feel. Some of her recipes were
only in her head and not written down. Now they are gone forever.
