Hi Teresa,

The noodle dish you're looking for is called Pancit or Pansit. Do a search on The Recipe Link and you'll find several recipes.

The muffins are called Puto. (Poodles is a very cute interpretation for a child!!) I don't know if there are any recipes on this message board, but you can find them elsewhere online. I have several recipes that are untested (they're easy to buy here). I just moved so everything is in confusion. If you can't get hold of another recipe, I'll try to dig one up.
