Recipe(tried): One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake (using chicken breasts and condensed soup)

1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% fat free
1 soup can water*
3/4 cup uncooked regular rice
1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus additional, for garnish)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (plus additional, for garnish)
4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix (undiluted) soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
*For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups
Makes 4 servings
