Dear June,

I'm so happy that recipe brings back memories for you. I was introduced to using cardamom in bread by a dear friend and neighbor of mine from Ethiopia. Now I like to add a tiny amount to yeast doughs even when baking in the bread machine. I just love the aroma and flavor it adds.
