Oh sure. You can steam or grill the asparagus on a stove top grill pan. However you prepare it, the Meyer lemon olive oil will definitely enhance the flavor, or give you another layer of flavor. Since discovering it, we almost always use it. In fact, one time I asked DH if he would prefer some butter since I wasn't sure about the lemony flavor with the rest of what we were having, and he answered with a resounding "no" - that he wanted the Meyer lemon olive oil:-) It's also wonderful on broccoli.
