Recipe(tried): Meatballs The Best (in memory of MaryJane's Grandma)

MEATBALLS
MaryJane Wing In Memory of Grandma Cappione

1 lb. ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon black pepper
A small pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water (approximately)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Roll into small balls. Drop into sauce (sauce should be boiling). Cook on medium heat for about an hour.
