YUMMMMMY! Wish I had the recipe, too.

Misc.

Kathy, I should loan you my daughter! She can charm the recipe out of any (male) chef. Last weekend I wasn't sure whether to crawl under the table and hide, or just die laughing. She was/is an outrageous flirt. That poor chef wanted so much for her to invite him home. With ulterior motives like that, they slip her the recipe, and hope the boss/wife/etc. hadn't noticed. However, the whole restaurant knew that the chef was "Angel, baby doll,..."

Angel's Salad is made with
---------------------------
5-7 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 diced bell pepper
7 slices fried bacon, broken up
4 Tbsps Mayo
Salt and Lemon Pepper to taste

Mix, chill, serve.
Sprinkle top with your favorite grated cheese, if desired.

This would be very good on a hot day!
