REQUEST:OVEN STEAK WITH THICK GRAVY AND YAMS/SWEET POTATOES W/ A PINAPPLE SAUCE

Misc.

I am searching for recipes for a good oven steak that makes thick gravy and sweet potatoes with pinepple chunks in the sauce that bakes in the oven. Our local hometown restaurant makes both of these and they are just fantastic!! They don't give out recipes. :-(
