Recipe: Chocolate Milk Eggnog (using chocolate milk)

CHOCOLATE MILK EGGNOG

3 eggs (pasteurized), separated
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
4 cups chocolate milk
1 tsp rum extract or vanilla extract
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
Ground nutmeg

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add brown sugar and blend. Add chocolate milk and rum extract or vanilla extract and mix well.

Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into chocolate milk mixture.

Serve topped with nutmeg.

Makes about 7 cups.
