Recipe: Hawaiian Fruit Compote

Lemon soda not orange but I suppose you could substitute. :)

Hawaiian Fruit Compote

2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks or 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 tangerines or oranges, sectioned and cut in small pieces
1 banana; peeled and diced and coated with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup sugar-free lemon-lime soda

Combine pineapple chunks, strawberries, tangerines, banana, orange juice concentrate and soda in a large bowl; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
