ISO: Long Lost Nana's Albanian/Greek Coiled Bread - Brushtel

Misc.
My Nana used to make a bread or dessert that took up the whole table. She would stretch and pull and twist the dough while rubbing it with butter, then coil it in a pan. We would eat it warm with sugar, it pulled apart into long, dense strings. She called it brushtel, but I can't find a similar recipe anywhere! HELP!
