Recipe: Club Soda Waffles (using biscuit mix) (waffle iron)

Breakfast and Brunch
CLUB SODA WAFFLES

2 Cups Bisquick baking mix (biscuit mix)
1 1/3 cups club soda
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons oil

Combine all ingredients until smooth (do not overmix).

Grease waffle iron, use according to waffle manufacturer's directions.
