TAKKA EXPRESS PASTA RECIPE

Using the cup that comes with the machine:
2 cups flour
2 large eggs
salt to taste
1/2 cup flour

This is the recipe that comes with the machine. I have the instruction manual as well if anyone wants a copy. The cup that comes with it says to put in your eggs and add water to the line. If you put in 2 large eggs and add water it equals to right at 1/2 cup. You may need to add more if your mix is too dry.
