Recipe(tried): Willard Scott's Country Sausage

Breakfast and Brunch
Here's one I like:

WILLARD'S SCOTT'S COUNTRY SAUSAGE

2 pounds ground pork
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground sage
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Combine all ingredients, shape into patties. Fry. Can be frozen.

Makes 16 servings
