Recipe(tried): Ginger Salad Dressing

I am flying by the seat of my pants here because I have only made this a few times and I will try to approximate ingredients. You will probably have to adjust but this is a good starting point.

Ginger Salad Dressing

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tsp grated onion (or less depending on taste)
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar (this may need adjusting)

Mix all very well to make good emulsion. You may use a blender, food processor, fork... Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Mix again prior to serving.
