Recipe: Coco's Harvest Pumpkin Pie - Once upon a time...

I used to bake for Coco's and I wish to this day that I had copied that recipe.

I can tell you that you fill the bottom half of a pie shell with your regular type of pumpkin pie filling and bake it normally. The upper layer is a mix of whipped cream, the other portion of the pumpkin pie filling, 1/4 teaspoon of freezedried coffee and a few other things. The pie is filled to full with that mix, chilled and then the whipped cream edging and stars are added.

If anyone knows the actual recipe, I'd love to know. Then again, if you know how to make a chiffon topping, then you probably have all you need in the above description.
