ISO: Uncle Julio's beef fajita marinade and salsa recipes

desperate for the marinade recipe for Uncle Julio's fajita's! I have only 2 ingredients: tequila and pineapple. Anyone have the rest?

Also~~I would love to have the salsa recipe too!
