Recipe: Corky's Chocolate Fudge PIe

CORKY'S FUDGE PIE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, melted
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.

Sift together sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Stir in margarine until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat with a mixer on low speed until just combined; do not over beat.

Stir in pecans. Pour filling into prepared pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve warm.
