Recipe: Cranberry Mug Cookie (serves 1, microwave)

CRANBERRY MUG COOKIE



1 (1/4-inch thick) slice slightly salted butter
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp dried cranberries, divided use
2 squares (1 ounce each) white chocolate, chopped, divided use

In a mug, melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds (800 watts).

Beat in one by one the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, flour, half of the cranberries and half of the chopped white chocolate.

Top with the remaining cranberries and white chocolate.

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute (800 watts).

Makes 1 cookie
