How would I need to modify the recipe to bake it in loaf pans in my regular oven? I have been hunting for a feta cheese and spinach bread recipe for years and can't find anything that is close to what I want. Even the women at my local Greek Orthodox church - at whose bazaar I used to buy the stuff - can't help.
