Recipe: Whole Wheat Bread (for Kenmore Bread Machine)

Here all the way from the Netherlands. I have been given the same breadmachine as a present. I've got a recipe for you. I've translated it from Dutch into English, but I don't know about the units you use in Canada, or what the ingredients are called. Maybe you should look it up if you don't understand something. Or email me.

WHOLE WEAT BREAD

260 ml water
2 spoons thin milk powder
2 spoons sunflower oil
2.5 spoons brown caster sugar
1.25 teaspoons salt
24 OZ whole wheat-malt brown bread flour
1.25 teaspoons fast-working yeast

select the number 3 (whole wheat) from the menu.

I haven't tried it myself, but it's in my instruction book that came with the machine. So I assume its okay. I wish you success trying it. I would like to hear if it worked out well. I have only used all-in-mixes, and that works great, because you only have to add water.
