Recipe(tried): Corn Bread (without flour)

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
Since I was recently informed I must not eat GLUTEN, I was happy to find this recipe for corn bread without flour. I added a half a cup of applesauce and some butter flavoring and it turned out GREAT.
