Recipe: Hawaiian Curry Sauce

Hawaiian Curry Sauce

1/4 cup oil
1 minced onion
2 apples, diced
5 T. flour
1 tsp. curry powder
2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
3 T. soy sauce
Heat oil and saute onions and apples. Cover and cook 10min. Add flour and stir. Add milk, and seasons, stirring till smooth. It will thicken and simmer. Now mix with your favorite 2 cups of seafood of choice. Cook 3-5 min. only, don't overcook seafood, and serve over rice. More curry can be used per taste! I like it hot!.
