Recipe: Paprika Based Chicken (easy)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
PAPRIKA BASED CHICKEN
4 servings

2 tbsp softened margarine
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning
salt to taste
2 lbs chicken pieces

Mix margarine, paprika, poultry seasoning and salt. Season chicken with it. Refrigerate overnight.

Place chicken, skin side up in lightly oiled baking pan.

Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 minutes or until tender. Baste occasionally with juices.
