Recipe(tried): Fife Family Recipe BBQ Sauce

FIFE FAMILY RECIPE BBQ SAUCE

"You'll love it!"

3 1/2 cups catsup
2 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups honey
1 1/2 cups vinegar
2 1/2 cloves minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp red pepper

In a large pot, mix everything together and simmer for 15 minutes.

Makes approx. 2 1/2 quarts
