Recipe: Peppered Cheddar Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
PEPPERED CHEDDAR DIP

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp minced green pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper sauce
1 tbsp milk

Blend all ingredients. If necessary, add another tbsp of milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

May be heated before serving.

Serve with corn chips.

Makes 2 cups
