Recipe: Avocado with Dilled Cucumbers

Salads - Assorted
AVOCADO WITH DILLED CUCUMBERS

1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp onion salt
dash ground pepper
dash garlic powder
2 peeled cucumbers, thinly sliced
3 or 4 avocados, halved
salad greens

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, dill weed, onion salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over cucumbers; chill.

Arrange avocado halves on salad greens; fill with cucumber mixture.

Servings: 6
