Recipe(tried): Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers (using ground beef and corn)

CROCKPOT STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS

6 green bell peppers
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Cut a slice off top of each pepper. Remove core, seeds, and white membrane; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine beef, corn, onion, pimiento and salt. Spoon into peppers. Stand peppers up in slow cooker pot.

Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard to undiluted soup. Pour over peppers.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.

Makes 6 servings
