Recipe(tried): Crispy Chicken (WW pt=4.5)

1 breast = 4.5 WW points

Crispy Chicken

4-4 oz. skinless boneless chicken breast
1/4-cup fat-free ranch dressing
1/2-cup corn flakes, crushed
spices of choice (parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, ect.)
salt, opt.
Pam

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spices, salt and corn flakes in a bowl and set aside. Dip chicken in dressing and roll in corn flake mixture. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken until done about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
