Recipe(tried): Chicken and Noodles

CHICKEN AND NOODLES

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (or same amount of another piece of chicken)
2 cups chicken broth
1 package egg noodles 
1/2 to 1 stick (1/4 to 1/2 cup) margarine

Cook chicken pieces and shred to bite sized pieces.

Using broth cook noodles reserving some of the broth from cooking.

Strain noodles put back in pot and add margarine. Add up to 1/2 cup of the broth back to the noodles. Stir in shredded chicken.

Serve hot immediately.

Makes 4-6 servings
