Recipe(tried): Chicken Grill Steak

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Make sure clean the steak - remove bone and trim the fat off. Place in a large ziplock bag and pound it on both sides with a meat hammer until thin.

Sprinkle on seasoning salt (not too salty) and let sit for 40 minutes.

Cook on outdoor grill or indoor grill.

Good for your diet ok
