Recipe(tried): Yellow Sauce for Fried Rice or Seafood (Japanese Restaurant-Style)

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
Down South in the US we have several Japanese Restaurants that have many sauces to go with your food. One of the most popular is the Yellow Sauce used as Rice Gravy and for Seafood. There are many varieties but most contain the following. There are variations of the quantities of Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Dry Mustard.

YELLOW SAUCE FOR FRIED RICE OR SEAFOOD

1 cup mayonnaise (don't use lite mayo)
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Colemans Dry Mustard

Mix(whisk) together and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Use as a dipping sauce for Seafood and put on your Fried Rice as a Gravy.
