for the chocolate topping...just use a can of frosting thinned with a little
milk.

also...you can make cream puff dough...instead of making individual cream puffs
or eclair shells...spread it in a 13"X 9" pan...bake...cool...then pour the
filling over that instead of graham crackers...it is delicious!
