2 sm. pkg. French Vanilla Instant Pudding
(If I don't have this I use regular vanilla plus 1 t. good vanilla)
3 c. milk
Whip together until thick. Fold in
8 oz. Cool Whip.
Layer in a 9x13 pan graham crackers, pudding mix, graham crackers, pudding, and
graham crackers.
Topping:
1 c. powdered sugar,
5 T. cocoa
2 T oil
1 t. vanilla
3 T. white Karo
milk to thin to spreading consistency.
(I made this recently with regular vanilla pudding and cherry pie filling on
top instead of the chocolate and it was very good too!)
