Almost Baileys

1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 1/2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup Irish Whiskey

Mix together in mixing bowl. In a seperate bowl beat 3 eggs well, blend with milk mixture. store in glass covered jar and refrigerate. shake well before using. Jennifer:
I tried the almost Bailey's, but I was wary of using the raw eggs. What purpose do they serve? I made it anyway, although I deleted the eggs entirely and was still left with a thick, rich totally acceptable product. The only change I made was to add more cream. Just wondering.
