Recipe(tried): Angie's Taco Seasoning

Misc.
I copied this seasoning from the Internet & it is delicious. I add it sparingly to food when I want to add a quite interesting Mexican flavor:

ANGIE'S TACO SEASONING

2 tb Pasilla chili powder
2 tb. California chili powder
2 tb white flour
1 1/2 th ground cumin
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground annato (I use Bijol powder that is available at Latin markets)
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
salt & cayenne pepper to taste

Feel free to adjust proportions to your preference. You can add ground oregano to the recipe. GREAT RECIPE.
