Recipe: Taco Casserole

Main Dishes - Casseroles
TACO CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion
1 lb. pkg. Doritos
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup milk
Chopped lettuce
2 cups shredded cheese
2 diced tomatoes

Place entire package of Doritos, crushed, in bottom of 13x9 pan. Layer with: meat, can of soup (mixed with milk first), chopped lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yes - the lettuce stays crispy!!!
