Recipe: Cranberry Balls (no bake)

CRANBERRY BALLS

8 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 lg. unpeeled orange, seeded & cut into pieces
1 c. sugar
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. white raisins
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Process separately cranberries, raisins, orange and coconut in food processor or grinder. Stir in sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.

Shape into small walnut size balls. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Place in air tight container. Freezes well.

Makes about 125 balls.
