Recipe(tried): Another Shepard's Pie
Misc.1 pound of hamburger
14 3/4 ounces of cream corn
5-6 medium potatoes
14 3/4 ounces of stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion
1. Fry hamburger with onion. Drain. Put into casserole dish (2 quart?)
2. Add can of cream corn to casserole dish
3. Cook potatoes and mash when done, layer onto cream corn.
4. Then layer the potatoes with the stewed tomatoes.
Cook on 350-F for about 30 minutes. Do not cover. One of the best shepard's pie that I have ever tasted and one of the easiest.
