Recipe: Appetizer Franks or Chili Franks (microwave)

3 frankfurters
1/4 cup apricot preserves or apple jelly
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Cut frankfurters into eighths and arrange in circle on plastic coated paper plate.
Mix together preserves and mustard and spread over pieces. Stick each piece with wooden pick.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 Minutes, until hot.
VARIATION:
CHILI FRANKS:
Substitute chili sauce for preserves and mustard.
Makes 24 hors d'oeuvres
