Recipe: Sweet-Tart Franks for a Crowd (microwave)
Appetizers and SnacksSWEET-TART FRANKS FOR A CROWD
2-lbs. frankfurters, cut in 1-inch pieces
Sweet-Tart Sauce, (recipe follows)
In 3-quart casserole, stir together frankfurters and sauce.
Microwave at High 6 to 8 Minutes.
Serve immediately or transfer to chafing dish, if desired.
SWEET-TART SAUCE
1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
1 (6 oz.) jar prepared mustard
Stir ingredients for the sauce together in small bowl.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes, until mixture can be stirred smooth.
Makes about 80 hors d'oeuvres
