Recipe(tried): Appetizer Meatballs (using cranberry sauce) (crock pot)

Appetizers and Snacks
Appetizer Meatballs

Make either your favorite meatballs or buy the store bought ones. Brown the meatballs on a greased baking sheet in the oven or in a skillet.

Put then in the slow cooker with:
1 can cranberry sauce
1 can sloppy joe sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Cook on low, stirring occasionally. If sauce gets to dry add a little water.

I just made this creation myself at a gathering the other weekend and used store bought meatballs. Everyone loved them and wished I had more and one said they didn't know they were even store bought meatballs. Thought I made them homemade.
