CRUSTLESS BUTTERMILK PIE
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/3 cup melted margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix ingredients with electric mixer. Pour in well-greased 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until firm.
