APPLE COBBLER
1 unbaked frozen pie shell
3 cups prepared apples (peeled and sliced)
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine apples, sugar and flour. Bring mixture to a boil. Place boiling fruit mixture in bottom of an 8-inch baking dish. Dot fruit with the butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with thawed Morton Pie
Shell.
Bake the cobbler in a hot oven, 425 degrees F, for about 1/2 hour.
