Recipe: Apple Nut Bread (apple and sugar mixture stands one hour)

Apple Nut Bread (apple and sugar mixture stands one hour)

4 cups peeled, chopped apples
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Stir apples and sugar together; let stand for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 9x5 loaf pans.

Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 2 loaves
