1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 beef rib, round, or chuck steaks (10 ounces each)
Combine all the ingredients except the steaks in a baking dish or resealable plastic storage bag; mix well. Add the steaks; cover (or seal) and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the steaks for 12 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning them over halfway through the grilling.
BOURBON STEAK
Servings: 2
1 to 2 lbs. steak
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 clove garlic crushed
Mix all ingredients together and place in Ziploc bag to marinate 4 hours or over night.
Grill steak to desired doneness.
Notes: This recipe is good with any cut of steak you'd like.
BOURBON BARBECUE SAUCE

Makes about 2 1/2 cups
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup mild-flavored (light) molasses
1/3 cup bourbon
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered until sauce thickens and flavors blend, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes.
Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover; chill.
