APPLESAUCE CAKE
1 package yellow cake mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a tube or bundt pan.
Combine cake mix and beaten eggs, mix well. Stir in applesauce.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 in prepared pan. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
If desired, dust cooled cake with cinnamon sugar.

Prepare cake according to package directions except, add 1 tablespoon of flour to the dry mix and blend well. Substitute an equal amount of applesauce for the vegetable oil and substitute an equal number of egg whites for whole eggs. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake according to package directions. Cook in pan(s) on rack. Remove when completely cool.
Frost cake if desired or top with Cool Whip.
