Recipe: Zesty Cilantro Lime Spread

Toppings - Assorted
ZESTY CILANTRO LIME SPREAD

1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock Limited Edition Honey (margarine)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.

Great on grilled vegetables, chicken and beef.

Servings: 4
